Sanofi Pasteur MSD – keeping doctors and nurses informed
Expertise from across the Bray Leino Group was brought into play when vaccine manufacturer Sanofi Pasteur MSD asked us to run a series of information events for practice nurses and doctors.
The brief
Sanofi Pasteur MSD makes vaccines that protect against a wide range of diseases, including. The company regularly runs study conferences to keep health professionals informed about the vaccines available to their practices, including Gardasil®, the world’s first vaccine against cervical cancer. We were asked to run a series of these events around the UK.
The challenges
In total we were asked to organise 48 events, 21 study evenings for GPs and 27 study days for practice nurses. The target audience for each event was between 50 and 130 people.
The solution
We sourced from within the Bray Leino BroadSkill group all the expertise necessary to make this series of conferences a success. (see right for more details)
The execution
We handled every aspect of the series of conferences, from vetting venues, inviting delegates, enabling them to register online and arranging accommodation to producing all the materials needed at the conference itself, including sets, information packs and information displays. We provided full post-conference reports.
The verdict
Sales representatives and delegates alike responded positively. One sales representative said: “We used to have to run the conference ourselves, and having a team to do this for us has freed us up to spend time with the customers.” Another added: “The venue was better than the ones we had used before.” Delegates said: “A very informative, excellent day.” “Very well organised. Thank you!”
