In addition to full delegate, venue and budget management, we provide bespoke design, build and transportation of conference sets, and full AV support.
We design the content of the conference to ensure that the outcomes are fully met i.e. what you want the delegates to ‘say, do and believe' as a result of the conference. Where appropriate, we can ensure that the conference is highly interactive and fun.
Our teams provide fantastic Masters of Ceremonies and professional facilitators, as well as providing scriptwriters for presentations and speaker coaches. If required, we have partnerships with a number of Agents who can provide us with celebrity speakers and business opinion leaders.
Return on investment is high on everyone's agenda - we support you with setting measures at the planning stage to support this process. We also encourage the production of a post-conference evaluation report which captures delegate feedback, ideas and suggestions.
