Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services and is an executive agency of OGC in the Treasury and was established to help Government deliver best value from its spending.

This framework is available to government departments, local authorities and other public sector authorities throughout the UK.

It has been developed with the involvement of key stakeholders and is underpinned by the Professional Skills for Government (PSG) agenda.
